Men who are discerning a vocation benefit from visiting Jesuit communities and meeting others in discernment. Our events facilitate these exchanges. Dates and details are located on: www.jesuitvocation.org/events
Manresa was the place Ignatius of Loyola discerned his vocation to serve God. Fr. Jack Butler, SJ, Director of Vocations for the New England Province of Jesuits and campus minister at Boston College, is pleased to announce the opening of Manresa House. Fr. Jack says, “Manresa House is designed to provide a unique space where men and women can find guidance to discern their call to a life of ministry within the Church as a priest and/or religious.”
At Manresa, students and adults will find opportunities for direction, information and discussions. The house is available as a gathering place for those who are collectively searching and discerning a vocation. As Jesus said to John’s disciple, “Come and see.” Manresa House is located one block from the campus at Boston College and will be open to all who are seeking Jesus and how best to serve him in the present and future. For more information, contact Fr. Jack Butler, SJ or Laura Romeo at 617-552-1123.
